A Few Workouts

Working out at home can be very limiting. I mean… how many different movements can I do on my dirty garage floor?
Sometimes I need a quick sweat session, but I don’t have any equipment with me. I love bodyweight workouts. Why? They usually tend to be short, which means you can be sure to fit them into your day! Also, using only your body to provide resistance in a workout is super rewarding!
Pick one or two of these sample workouts to get sweaty!
1. Full body
10 rounds of:
10 sit-ups
10 pushups (modify to your level)
10 air squats
10 mountain climbers
2. Running
1600 meter run (1 mile) - rest 4 minutes
1200 meter run (.75 miles) - rest 3 minutes
800 meter run (.5 miles) - rest 2 minutes
400 meter run (.25 miles) - DONE!
3. Glutes (try with a band for extra resistance)
4 rounds of:
20 donkey kicks
20 clamshells
20 top leg straight clamshell
